Born in Nablus Palestine in 1958, Reesha received his high school and university education in Nablus, where he studied accounting and business in Alnajah university. He now works with the Palestinian IRS, and he is a member of the Palestinian Writers Society in Jerusalem. He received an honorary certificate from the Palestinian council of media and culture in 1992 and from the Palestinian Writers Society in 1995. He was also awarded the Ghassan Kanafani prize for poetry in 1996. Reesha participated in many conferences and literary workshops locally and abroad, his work is also featured in many periodicals all over the Arab world.
