The Centre hosted two classical music recitals: A rare baroque music concert featuring violist Catherine Mackintosh, Richard Boothby on the Viola de Gamba, and harpsichordist Shal. Adel, in a program of Marin Marais, Heinrich Biber, Rameau, etc.. & the American 32 year-old Ciompi -string- Quartet, in a program of Debussy , Mozart, and contemporary US composer Scott Lindroth.

- The Centre hosted the 12th exhibit of artist Assad Azzi (See exhibits section); and a lecture on traditional Moroccan architecture, by architect Naseer Arafat.

-In cooperation with the British Council, the Centre hosted a meeting/poetry reading, between English poet, novelist, & essayist Blake Morrison, and a number of Palestinian writers, part of a tour of Palestinian cities.

- Finally, among the Center's Nakba 50th anniversary commemoration activities: Novelist Yahia Yakhluf spoke within the "Palestinian Intellectuals & the Nakba Lecture Series", 2 testimonies by eyewitnesses to the Nakba were hosted: Farid Tawasha spoke of the March 1948 Ramallah area battles, and Mohammed Jadallah spoke of the March 1948 Southern Jerusalem area battles. Also, researcher Ibrahim Mir’i, & Testimonies program coordinator, gave a lecture on Nakba historiography.
