of the art object, engaging in conceptual, information and idea art, and
the aesthetic territories of minimal, anti-form, systems, process and
earth art.
Human Beings are connected to each other, to communities, to other
species, and to Earth. As humans increasingly influence natural systems,
it is critical that we understand these relationships. This understanding,
in the context of contemporary events, the history of the Earth and its
inhabitants, guides our approach to investigation and interpretation.
Special consideration has been given to the study of endangered cultures,
species, and habitats, and their conservation. In 2002, a major project in
the study of the environments of the WALL ZONE was launched, with the
Museum's Biology and Geology unites taking a leading role in the urgent
task of researching an enormous catastrophe of life on earth, the WALL
ZONE commonly referred to as THE APARTHIED WALL, THE SEPERATION WALL, THE
WEST BANK WALL, THE SEAM ZONE, ALJIDAR ALFASSEL, SECURITY FENCE, THE WALL

**WEDNESDAY 24/3 @ 7:00 PM
Dutch Painter Piet Mondrian (1872-1944) is one of the most enigmatic as
well as seminal figures in 20th century art. Neoplasticism, the spare,
severely geometric style for which he is known, exerted international
influence on painting, architecture, interior dιcor, furniture, design,
and typography. Mondrian: Mr. Boogie-Woogie Man traces the artistic growth
of this extraordinary man from his childhood in the Netherlands to his
years in Paris and New York. Raised in a Calvinistic family, Mondrian
nonetheless reveled in bold colors, dance and jazz. He followed a unique
spiritual path that led him to Theosphy ad the belief that Cubism would
connect people to a "sublime harmony". Contributors, such as Robert Hughes
and designer Terence Conran, discuss Modrian's works, from his early
paintings of rural scenes to his masterpiece Broadway Boogie-Woogie.
