The artist Karim Dabbah presents his first solo exhibition at our Centre where he displays works made in pottery and copper and they demonstrate impressions from the local and Islamic traditions. The theme of the exhibition deals with the current situation and most of the works are being exhibited for the first time.

The following excerpt is what the artist has to share with us about his exhibit…
"I have specialized in copper engraving and the art of medallions. In the last few years, I have focused on graphic design, pottery and Arabic calligraphy. Art, in addition to its academic considerations, is a way of modernizing the roots and popular symbols connected to the struggle against occupation, in order to create a freer and prosperous existence…"
